Confetti cannons are not going to hurt anyone. They’re safe and not dangerous. They must be handled by responsible individuals to insure and guarantee the safety upon use. 

Un-responsible individuals can hit someone with the cannon to cause an injury or aim it at someone face which is not suggested. 

Beside someone intentionally trying to hurt someone, the cannons are very safe.
