Picture Directions:

1. Make sure you do not have anyone in the background.

2. You can have the graduate stand in any position with the stairs.

Picture Directions:

1. Have one or two organizers to keep track of everyone attending.

2. Organize the specific time and date with the graduate 

3. Send a reminder message to everyone attending.

4. Meet up at a close location with everyone. Try to meet at least around the corner. A large parking lot would be best if possible. Place like, Dennys, a grocery store, a mall wal mart, etc.
